Calisthenics

Our guided calisthenics routines help your pet build strength, improve balance, and stay active between rehab visits right from home.

Support Your Pet’s Progress at Home

Rehab doesn’t stop at our clinic doors. Whether your pet is recovering from surgery or just needs to stay strong as they age, gentle daily movement can make a big difference. That’s where our calisthenics program comes in.

We’ll provide you with simple, guided exercises that are:

  • Easy to do at home with minimal space or tools
  • Tailored to your pet’s current mobility level
  • Focused on strength, balance, and joint support
  • Designed to be safe and low-impact

These movements help reinforce the work your pet does in the clinic and can even reduce the risk of re-injury.

Why Calisthenics?

Just like in human physical therapy, consistency is key. Daily movement improves circulation, keeps muscles activated, and helps your pet feel confident in their body.

Our calisthenics plans are especially helpful for pets who are:

  • Post-op and building strength
  • Geriatric and experiencing muscle loss
  • Overweight and working toward healthy mobility
  • Managing chronic pain or arthritis
